Testimonials

Just a short note to let you know how pleased I am with the training you are doing with our staff. The staff enjoy you coming and the course content is relevant to the tasks they are performing now. I feel the course has made the staff much more aware of their roles and safety in the workplace. I have been happy to recommend you to other people.

“In my role as CEO with a not for profit organisation, providing accommodation to people experiencing homelessness. I have engaged Wayne Petersen to provide training to a wide range of employees with very good results and positive feedback. I have also participated in his training. The staff and I have enjoyed Wayne’s training and seminars due to the wealth of knowledge and experience that he imparts during these events with skill, good humour, and great understanding of the subject matter. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any organisation that is looking for someone with an experienced, knowledgeable, and comprehensive approach to the broad subjects of mental health, alcohol and other drugs, disabilities and management services. Wayne has the skill of being able to contextualise his training to perfectly meet the needs of our organisation”

Several things come to notice when the scheduled Certificate III Warehouse and Storage training is upon us – There is a sense of anticipation and positive attitude. Internally, the employees enrolled get to practice new ideas and skills.

From a “House” perspective there are definite gains – The training permits us to achieve significant objectives of the House With No Steps vision and mission – that of enhancing an employee’s ability to make the most of their abilities, up-skilling with transferable skills and enhancing their work capabilities. It also allows them to better compete with and in ‘open employment’. In conjunction with our House organisational values the training contributes to all aspects of Empowerment, Respect, Inclusion, Commitment, and Achievement.
What more can I say Wayne, other than it’s a perfect fit.
