Academy of Workplace Learning is a registered training organisation that offers training courses that are nationally recognised. Due to the accreditation of our courses these courses also can attract government incentives and rebates through traineeship programs and other govenment funding programs.
Employers are incentivised to provide training in the workplace by the govenment via the above programs which they can then claim government cash and rebates where applicable.
Under the traineeship program the following can apply where applicable:
New Entrant Trainee
A permanent employee who has been employed for 3 months or less can access Federal Government incentives of up to $4000 on completion of a Certificate III and above course.
State Government incentives for new entrant trainees could also be available such as payroll tax rebates, student concession cards.
Existing Worker Trainee
A permanent employee who has been employed for more than 3 months can access Federal Government incentives of up to $3000 on completion of a Certificate III and above course.
