The course covers Warehousing Operations basics, including how to receive and dispatch goods, and pick and pack orders. Participants will learn how to participate in stock-takes and handle dangerous goods and will also develop skills in computing, customer service, and quality procedures.

Certificate III course is designed to assist in developing the participant’s Warehousing and Storage career, allowing participants to progress to positions such as senior Warehousing and Storage assistant or supervisor. The Warehousing Operations training provides for more advanced skills required in such positions. It is for people who want to learn how to coordinate goods for distribution to customers. You will also learn how to use inventory systems to conduct stock counts and apply product knowledge to organise receipts and dispatches. It has also been developed to advance the skills and knowledge of those employees wishing to work in a more specialised role.
