How are courses offered?

The training courses offered above can be structured around your business’ specific needs. You have full control over the development of your staff while still allowing the participants to work independently through the competencies required. Participants receive competency-based training through self-paced workplace program. Academy of Workplace Learning conducts this training in the workplace, taking into account the busy and slower periods in your business activity. This allows you to choose the most convenient time to train your employees.

This also provides employers with an opportunity to select and train employees, to meet their business’s specific requirements. You can take advantage of financial benefits as per eligibility requirements including Federal and State Government funding incentives for eligible trainees.
